UNDERSTAND THE COST.
DEFINE YOUR OWN PATH.

Published software prices are a starting point for discovery. Your contracts and invoices establish what your dealership actually pays.

01

Published examples

DealerCenter lists DMS at $99/month, CRM Plus at $99/month, CRM Pro at $199/month, Premium Website at $99/month, and Premium Pro Website at $125/month. Integrated accounting, reconditioning, and Service Bay are each listed at $99/month.

Advertised module prices, not a complete dealership bill or a franchise-group benchmark. Confirm scope, eligibility, usage fees, and current terms directly with the vendor.

02

Quote-based packages

AutoRaptor presents Starter, Pro, Power, and Power+ plans with “Get Pricing” requests. Packages are tailored around user count, messaging volume, and integration needs. We do not assign an unverified monthly price.

03

What your review should include

Separate recurring software, implementation, integrations, messaging, transaction fees, support, hardware, and advertising spend. Record contract terms, renewal dates, rooftop counts, and which capabilities overlap. A negotiated group contract can differ materially from a published module price.

04

No assumed savings

These sources do not establish average spend for a franchised dealership or a 50-rooftop group. Dealer Sovereign makes no savings, profit, or ROI promise from this comparison. Any evaluation must include development, migration, hosting, security, support, and future changes.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Evaluate the whole software stack

Your dealership generates the operating data. Dealer Sovereign's vision is to connect it across reporting, customer engagement, and daily workflows so ownership can shape the technology around the business.

The opportunity is to reduce overlapping dependencies through deliberate development. No current product replacement or financial outcome is assumed.

BUILD CANDIDATES

Functions to evaluate for consolidation

  • CRM, lead management, and sales follow-up
  • Executive dashboards and group reporting
  • Equity and customer retention workflows
  • Websites, chat, and communication workflows
  • Inventory, appraisal, and reconditioning workflows
  • Service coordination and internal AI assistance

These are development candidates. Each requires a defined scope, integrations, testing, and operational acceptance before replacing an existing system.

RETAIN & CONNECT

Some value comes from outside the dealership

Plan to integrate the DMS initially. Marketplace audiences, credit bureaus, vehicle-history databases, lender networks, and licensed valuation data provide external services. A new interface alone does not replace them. Hosting, messaging, security, support, and ongoing development also carry costs.
